The location of this place was great, as it was close to Galeria Exotico Ecuador. The free WiFi here worked perfectly. We had no complaints at all about this hotel.

Nestled amidst lush greenery, this hotel offers a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. While it may be a bit far from restaurants or activities, a short taxi ride will take you to Puerto Ayura. the rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds and service is prompt and efficient. Breakfast is freshly prepared with plenty of options. Some rooms have spectacular views of the surrounding landscape and the hotel facilities are top-notch.

One aspect that needs improvement is the lack of information about the property from the staff.

Beautiful Natural Setting and Friendly Staff We recently stayed at a hotel on the Galapagos Islands and were blown away by the stunning natural setting surrounded by wildlife. the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to local attractions, as well as the healthy and fresh breakfast options offered every morning. we were impressed with the fantastic location, friendly staff, and delicious food.

Lack of Amenities and High Prices Despite the beautiful location and friendly staff, we were disappointed with the lack of amenities offered at the hotel. We were expecting more amenities for the high prices we paid, such as better water options in the room and more comfortable furniture.
